The hotends have arrived!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I got a nice parcel delivered today. Two nicely build hotends for my new Prusa Reprap. After all the issues with the <a title=\"Huxley on Hold\" href=\"http:\/\/www.22balmoralroad.net\/wordpress\/?p=179\" target=\"_blank\">Huxley<\/a>, the Prusa has been a total doddle. The last piece I needed for it was a hotend, and after having some issues sourcing some of the components, I had a look on eBay for any pre-built ones. I found one guy shipping some from Poland that looked perfect for what I needed, not only did they have all the molex connectors already done in a way that is compatible with my Sanguinololu board, but he was offering a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebay.co.uk\/itm\/280849307762?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&amp;_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_3573wt_1398\" target=\"_blank\">twin pack<\/a> with one .5mm and one .25mm nozel. Oh, and a pre hobbed bolt too!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lh5.ggpht.com\/-36ugb76L_3s\/T3xNyhHqUcI\/AAAAAAAABo4\/wj3XbvqD1ns\/IMG_20120404_143250.jpg?imgmax=640\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/lh5.ggpht.com\/-36ugb76L_3s\/T3xNyhHqUcI\/AAAAAAAABo4\/wj3XbvqD1ns\/s144-c\/IMG_20120404_143250.jpg\" alt=\"Prusa build\" width=\"144\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So, with the body built and the electronics tested, all I have to do is figure out how to attach the hotend and I can start building. I&#8217;ve already posted a video a few days ago of the body moving nicely, which is further than I ever got with the Huxley. Never know, maybe by this weekend I&#8217;ll be able to print something!
